Our extensive and well-balanced breakfast buffet includes homemade jam, South Tyrolean yogurt, local Speck and various meats and sausages by selected butchers, homemade cakes, gateaux, mueslis, preserves, honey, seasonal fruit, crunchy bread by our local baker - the famous "Breatl", a local type of bread traditionally baked by farmers, completes the vast breakfast choice.

Our head chef Hermann and his team will pamper you every evening with a four-course menu of your choice. Experience our creative, regionally refined cuisine and our Mediterranean specialities. Only finest dishes, prepared with the best local products of our region, are served: "Schlutzkrapfen" (boiled pastry filled with spinach and ricotta), Knödel (dumplings made of bread), venison goulash and porcini risotto are just a few dishes on our menu.

Of course we also have a choice of vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes.
