On the day of arrival your room will be ready from 2 pm onwards.

In case of arrival after 7 pm we kindly ask you to notice.

On departure please leave the room until 10 am.

For the assignment of the double rooms for single occupancy we charge a supplement of 10 Euros per day. All rooms are available for single occupancy only on specific request.

Small dogs and pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. Please note though, that your pets have no access to the spa and the dining rooms. We kindly ask that you bring a dog basket. We charge 7 Euros per day for pets.

For each reservation, we require a deposit of 150 Euros per room (300 Euros for the family suite). In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival the deposit is credited for your next vacation with us within a year. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival the deposit will be retained as fee. In case of late arrival or early departure the booked stay will be charged.

To pay your hotel bill, we prefer cash or check. You can also pay with the major credit cards.
