throughout the hotel, the common areas and in the room:
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of the general hotel and common areas and the rooms.
- Before each arrival, the rooms undergo an ozone purification, because this is the only way to eliminate 99.85% of all bacteria and viruses. It is a natural and ecological treatment that eliminates any contamination.
- Foreclosed room cleaning - fresh cleaning utensils are used for each room (new cleaning rags and fresh cleaning water)
- Professional and special cleaning agents against viruses are used for disinfection. The products have an antibacterial and antiviral effect.
- The entire hotel linen is professionally cleaned by the local trust partner "La Moderna" and subjected to environmentally friendly washing processes.
- The common areas are organized in such a way that guests have the opportunity to keep the required minimum distance.
