What could be better than starting the day with a rich and balanced breakfast? Our breakfast buffet with homemade jams, South Tyrolean yoghurt, Val Pusteria Speck and local sausages, crunchy muesli, homemade cakes, tarts and pastries, seasonal fruit and freshly baked bread rolls, including the South Tyrolean "Bauern-Breatl” farmhouse bread, not only entices adventurous early risers out of bed, but also morning grouches. Add a cup of aromatic coffee - and you’re ready to start the day!
Experience a culinary journey during which our passionate kitchen team will prepare a tantalising 4-course menu of your choice for you. From traditional Schlutzkrapfen ravioli to savoury Knödel dumplings and tender venison goulash - our menu promises quality and enjoyment at the same time. For our vegetarian guests, we have created equally delicious dishes to treat you to culinary delights. For guests with special dietary requirements such as lactose or gluten intolerance, we are happy to adapt our dishes for an extra charge of 15,00 €, so that you feel completely at ease and can end the evening in a cosy atmosphere.
